During the session, lying on the floor, essential oils and the sounds of Tibetan bowls are used, which help to relax even more and concentrate on internal processes. The practice is led by Vilma Butkienė, a certified breathing, sound and vibration therapy specialist with more than 10 years of experience in the field of mindfulness.

Ceremonial cacao is rich in antioxidants that help fight inflammation and protect cells from the effects of free radicals. The magnesium in it supports muscle function, reduces fatigue and helps with relaxation, which is why we use cacao for meditation and relaxation rituals. Also, the theobromine in cacao provides gentle energy and vigor without causing anxiety, as caffeine can, and therefore helps achieve inner peace and concentration.
